Talking tyres - everything you need to know about trailer wheels to keep your business moving
This product is no longer manufactured by Bradley, and is obsolete.
30mm eyes have historically been popular as they reduced the rattle between the trailer hitch and towing eye during towing. However, a trailer hitch is designed so that the wear is on the eye during acceleration, and on the hitch itself when braking. This is to prevent excessive and uneven wear on either hitch or towing pin. With a 30mm eye, all the wear is on the pin, which leads to the pin wearing out prematurely.
We recommend that you now use BD5005 to replace these.
